Some states look at reviving firing squads amid shortage of execution drugs
Fri Jan 17, 2014
Really? And no one is smart enough that if you want to spare pain and suffering (they didn't on thier victims) to these people just overdose them on anesthetics---they go into a deep sleep and die----humane...not that they deserve it, but because we are more ethical and humane-"put them to sleep, …
Nevada Farm Bureau, counties allege feds mismanage wild horses
Sun Jan 12, 2014
The way the roundups are conducted are cruel and inhumane--no one is thinking or concerned about the welfare of the horse or foals and what they are subjected to. As I cry for this little boy, I pray for the first time the person who did this is given the same over a longer period of time---and for the first time, I hope "Justice" is blind to her suffering.

Former Israeli leader Ariel Sharon's condition suffers 'very serious' decline: hospital
Thu Jan 2, 2014
They kept a "corpse" alive for how long? They should have let him go years and years ago. He was already "dead". I don't think maintaining him was out of love......it was political.
Pedestrian crushed to death while crossing Boston drawbridge
Wed Jan 1, 2014
Prior to any bridge opening, there are warnings----and prior to it opening, there is a visual to make sure all vehicles/people cleared. I don't see how this could have happened. Also, I think there are barriers that come down and raising the bridge is a slow process.
